The CDM Experience
CDM 14 is intentionally designed as a high-engagement, decision-oriented, and outcome-driven conference that responds directly to the realities of accelerating and recurrent disaster risk in the Caribbean. The Conference design blends political leadership, sectoral accountability, technical exchange, community knowledge, innovation, financing, and experiential learning to move participants beyond dialogue toward concrete commitments and action.
